Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Viyon Derma, we process and dispatch all orders directly from our local facility within the United Arab Emirates to ensure fast, reliable transit.

• Delivery Timelines: Orders within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah are typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days. Deliveries to the Northern Emirates (Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah) take 2 to 3 business days.
• Shipping Charges: We offer Free Shipping on all orders over AED 100. For orders below AED 100, a flat shipping fee of AED 15 applies nationwide.
• Order Tracking: Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or Email notification containing your unique courier tracking number.

Return & Refund Policy
Due to the medical and hygienic nature of clinical skincare formulas (FCL products), we maintain a strict return policy to ensure product purity and consumer safety.

• Return Window: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery strictly if the item is completely unopened, unused, and remains sealed in its original retail packaging.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your package arrives damaged during transit or contains the incorrect product, please contact our support team immediately at viyonmiddleeast@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund.
• Processing Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit card) within 5 to 7 operational business days, depending on your banking institution.
