Shipping Policy — Viyon Derma
Where We Ship We currently ship across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah).
Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed (Sunday–Thursday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message once your order ships.
Delivery Time
- Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days
- Other Emirates: 2–3 business days
Shipping Fees
- Standard delivery: AED 25
- Free shipping on orders over AED 100
- Cash on Delivery is available at no additional charge
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp so you can follow its progress.
Delays While we aim to meet the delivery windows above, occasional delays can occur due to courier volume, weather, or public holidays. We'll keep you updated if your order is running behind schedule.
International Shipping We do not currently ship outside the UAE.
