Terms of Service — Viyon Derma
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Viyon Derma website (viyonderma.com) and any purchase made through it. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. About Us Viyon Derma is operated by Viyon Middle East LLC, the authorised agent for FCL products in the United Arab Emirates. All products sold are DM (Dubai Municipality) approved and sourced through our official distribution agreement.
2. Products We make every effort to display product colors, descriptions, and details accurately. Product images are for illustration; slight variations in packaging or batch may occur due to manufacturer updates.
3. Pricing All prices are listed in AED and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; the price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
4. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed (or, for Cash on Delivery orders, once the order is placed). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Viyon Middle East LLC is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from misuse or undisclosed sensitivities.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Viyon Middle East LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
